A Mindfulness Walk in the Woods

Want a deeper connection with nature? Join us on a walk using a “mindfulness” approach to being in the woods. We will turn off our phones and let go of the things that pull us away from the sights, sounds, smells, and the feel of where we are in the moment. We will talk about these things, but there will also be times when we are quiet. Geared for ages 12 and up.

Pre-registration required.
$5 (with paid admission)/MEMBERS FREE.
